Packing and Shipping

How to successfully repack and ship your drop to ensure you get your full security deposit returned.

Packing
When your event is competed, be sure to lower the drop onto a clean surface, removing all props, tape, dirt, and other items from the stage. Fold the drop as it was received. Directions for refolding your drop can be found here. Place the drop in the plastic bag it arrived in so it remains protected while it is being shipped.

Shipping
Return shipping labels are included in the rental and can be found in the manilla envelope inside the box. If your drops are shipping in more than one box, the return labels will be found in one (1) box. Be sure each box gets one of the return shipping labels. Drops are shipped via Fed-Ex and can be either dropped off at a shipping center, or can be picked up. To arrange a pick up, please call: 1.800.GoFedEx.
